How the Elfa Design & Quote Service Works

You simply share your room dimensions with a few photos, and we can create a custom 3D design for you. Best of all, you can tweak the design as much as you like before committing. Once you're happy with the design, place your order, and the Elfa system will be shipped to you. Shipping is available Australia-wide, or if you're local, you can Click & Collect from one of our WA stores.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Share your measurements and photos.
First, measure the area you want to organise (width, height, depth) and take some photos. You can do this two ways: in-store or online.
If you visit one of our Perth stores, please bring your measurements and any photos with you. If you prefer online, email us or complete the online enquiry form on our website.
2. Get your free 3D design.
After you submit the details, our Elfa experts will create a 3D layout of your space, complete with suggestions for shelves, drawers and accessories. The design shows exactly how the Elfa system will fit your home, plus tips on ways to make the most of your space.
We will email the design back to you for your review for free; there is no obligation to go ahead with ordering.
3. Review and revise the design.
When you receive your 3D plan, take your time to review it and think about what you will be storing in this space. We can revise and change things up as many times as you need, to ensure the design is just right for you. We want you to be 100% happy with your setup, so please tweak away until the plan is perfect for your needs.
4. Approve the plan and place your order.
Once the design matches your needs, you can confirm with our team, and your quote will be finalised and sent through. If you are happy to go ahead, you can proceed by paying securely online or in person in-store.
We offer Australia-wide delivery or Click & Collect from either of our Perth stores. You'll get an estimated shipping or collection date, and soon after, your custom Elfa system will be ready to install and organise your home.
In-store or Online
You can do the design service in-store or from home, whichever suits you best. If you come into one of our Perth stores, our Elfa specialists will sit down with you and use your measurements and photos to work on a design with you right there.
This face-to-face session allows you to ask as many questions on the spot. If visiting a store isn't convenient for you, the process is the same online; just email the same measurements and any pictures, and our team will handle everything remotely. Either way, you'll end up with a detailed 3D plan to review.
In-Home Measure & Quote Service (Perth Metro only)
For Perth metro customers who prefer a completely hands-off approach, there is an in-home measure & quote option.
For $150, one of our Elfa experts will visit your home, measure the space and then provide the 3D design for your approval. This is especially handy if your space is awkward to measure or you'd simply rather leave it up to the pros.
The $150 fee is fully credited back towards your new Elfa purchase (think of it like a deposit you get back when you purchase). After the visit, you'll receive an emailed design just like the regular service, and you can request changes if needed. It's a convenient way to get an expert's input on-site without any extra hassle.
