Elfa Sale Terms & Conditions

We'll keep this short and sweet so that you can get busy decluttering your wardrobe, pantry, laundry or garage with the world's favourite modular shelving system. 

This promotion is valid online and in-store at our Myaree and Karrinyup outlets in Perth, WA.

We would love to help you design your Elfa solution, and Soko & Co offer free design consultations over email. Please feel free to send an email to support@soko.com.au with your measurements, some photos of the space, and what you would like to achieve with Elfa.

Elfa components are eligible for up to 40% off their regular stocked price for a limited time only. Certain items may be excluded from the promotion at the company's discretion.

Platinum Elfa is a discontinued range. No change of mind returns are accepted for Platinum Elfa.
White, decor, and graphite are accepted for change of mind returns, as per our usual Returns and Exchanges Terms.

The discount will be automatically applied in the checkout; no discount code is required. 

Some Elfa components such as brackets, hooks and small accessories are eligible for free shipping. To check whether your order qualifies for Free Shipping, enter your shipping address during checkout. Free shipping is not available for many bulky or oversized Elfa components, including most Top Tracks, Hang Standards and Gliding Drawers.  

Orders may take up to 15 business days to be dispatched to eastern state addresses. Our Melbourne warehouse will be closed between the 17th of December 2025 and the 5th of January 2026, so some orders may not be shipped until this date. Perth Metro orders will be dispatched from the Perth warehouse, which may also take up to 10-15 business days.

We ask for your patience and respect during the busy sale period. Our small team is working hard to get your orders dispatched as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email. Please note that Elfa orders may be left unattended if there is nobody to accept the delivery. We highly recommend shipping your order to an address that is always manned, such as a work or business address.

The sale may be modified or cancelled at any point according to our discretion. Orders placed prior to sale end will be honoured.

No changes can be made to your order once it has been dispatched, so please contact us immediately if you make a mistake or would like to add, change or remove anything.
