RETURN POLICY

We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase on presentation of a receipt or invoice, when goods are in original packaging and where they are in a saleable condition, within 30 days of the sale.

The quickest and easiest way for us to process your return or exchange is to visit us in-store. Alternatively, you may post your return to the following address:

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. We are more than happy to arrange your return delivery, but you are responsible for any costs associated with this. Any and all return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include the goods in their original condition with any packaging and a copy of any invoice, receipt or order confirmation you may have received. Alternatively, you are welcome to send these documents to us via email.

 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards or vouchers of any kind cannot be returned or refunded, so please think carefully before purchasing these items.

Listed below are certain situations where partial refunds or exchanges may be granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged by you, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date reported by our courier
  • Clearance or sale items

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will receive confirmation of your refund via email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive this, please contact us and we will resend confirmation.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

All refunds are processed via your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, credit card, PayPal account or Afterpay account.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to clear.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange any product you order within 30 days, as long as it is in saleable condition and its original packaging. We are happy to arrange pickup and delivery for your exchange, but you are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Alternatively, you can exchange your product free of charge at any of our retail stores.

 

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you don't receive the item/s that you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to pick up the incorrect item/s and redeliver the correct item/s. There are a few ways this can be resolved:

  • For small returns, we may mail you a prepaid satchel
  • For larger returns, we may ask you to reuse the original packaging including boxes, satchels, bubble wrap and packing fill
  • If the wrong item has been sent, we will cover return shipping costs

Once the incorrect products have been received by us, your refund or exchange will be issued immediately.
