We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase on presentation of a receipt or invoice, when goods are in their original packaging and where both they and the packaging are in a saleable condition, within 10 days of the sale.
If you would like to return an online order, please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your package from the courier.
If you place an online order and wish to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the below return policy applies to the order.
HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING
To speed up the return process, please contact us before returning your order so we can advise you of the correct return shipping address and any costs involved. We are more than happy to arrange return shipping on your behalf, but you will be responsible for any costs involved. Please note that any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include the goods in their original condition, along with their packaging and a copy of your invoice, receipt or order confirmation. If your order qualifies for our Free Shipping discount and you would like to return it, we may withhold from your refund the cost of shipping your order to you.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded, including gift cards and vouchers of any kind. Please think carefully before purchasing these items.
Listed below are certain situations where partial refunds or exchanges may be granted:
- You return an item to us that is not in its original condition, has been damaged by you, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after the delivery or collection date reported by our courier
- Clearance or sale items will be refunded at the sale price, not full price
- Shipping charges on orders that have already been dispatched
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately and you will receive email confirmation of your refund within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to clear.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you don't receive the item/s that you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to pick up the incorrect item/s and redeliver the correct item/s. There are a few ways this can be resolved:
- For small returns, we may mail you a prepaid satchel
- For larger returns, we may ask you to reuse the original packaging including boxes, satchels, bubble wrap and packing fill
- If the wrong item has been sent, we will cover return shipping costs
Once the incorrect products have been received by us, your refund or exchange will be issued immediately.
