We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase on presentation of a receipt or invoice, when goods are in original packaging and where they are in a saleable condition, within 30 days of the sale.
The quickest and easiest way for us to process your return or exchange is to visit us in-store. Alternatively for online orders, you may post your return to our Myaree store (8/276 Leach Hwy Myaree WA 6154). You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include the goods in original condition, any packaging, and a copy of your receipt or invoice. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards or vouchers of any kind are exempt from being returned or refunded.
Listed below are certain situations where partial refunds or exchanges may be granted instead:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company or financial institution; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items generally cannot be refunded.
We are happy to exchange your product within 30 days, as long as it is in saleable condition and original packaging. Exchanges must be made in-store, and delivery costs of your initial purchase cannot be refunded.
